WMF Worldwide Event - Greece

WMF - the biggest Festival about Digital & Social Innovation in Europe - takes the Worldwide Events in Greece, continuing its journey towards Global Innovation.

The project: WMF Worldwide Events are satellite events taking place in several Countries and Continents of the World, with the purpose of enhancing global cooperation and idea-sharing in the digital, social and entrepreneurial sector. They rise from the need and will to spread digital knowledge while also addressing global social issues, considering innovation, inclusivity and equality key values for the modern world.

WMF, in collaboration with the Italian-Hellenic Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce, will take place on the 16th October inside the HELEXPO - Thessaloniki Exhibition Centre.

Topics such as sustainability, accessibility, legality and digital divide alternate with artistic performances, inspiring speeches, a startup competition and networking activities during every Worldwide Event, entertaining, involving and attracting creative thinkers, businesses, digital professionals, startups and NPOs from all over the world.

The main purpose of the Events is to create a global network capable of detecting cutting-edge solutions to global issues through technological and digital innovation.

WMF Worldwide Events are designed together with their participants, partners and attendees as each event wants to reflect the culture and the peculiarities that characterise the city where it is hosted. In addition, every event is free for participants to attend; carried out both onsite and online through the interactive platform ibrida.io, to guarantee free access to everyone from everywhere.
